OINK (torrent site) under investigation / closed down

OINK, the best torrent site in all the land is now under criminal investigation for circulating illegal music to its users. And the site consequently has shut down (atleast for now)......my question is: Will this site ever come back up, or is it done for good? And does anyone else know anything more about this situation? Oink is my saviour, i dont know what i would do without it lol.

Why? The band get's a dollar at the most, and your supporting the RIAA. Which is bad.

 

bands make most of their money from touring, and the more tickets they sell, the more mula that goes in their pockets. But buying their cd's still gets them a little. I am still wondering about the status of this site tho....i wonder if it will ever come back up???

"we don't actually host the files so you can't charge us with shit" defense the tracker hosts always said they could use?

So.. what are the alternatives?
