Conspiracy Theorists, who despite having the evidence presented to them on a plate, continue to believe that they are right and the rest of the world is sleeping.

    ...*blink*

Ahh.. Come on now. People like that are fun to argue with. Don't get wigged out on their account.

Besides, as I've said before, killing is just plain rude.

    TheStoon:

Hikaru is likely to be what you call a "conspiracy theorist."

Yet Hikaru does not wish death upon you.

Why do you wish death upon him?

Hikaru believes what he does because he himself looks at the evidence presented and uses logic and reason to determine the possiblities.

He does not care whether or not you believe as he does, because it is your opinion to have.

But why crucify those who believe something different than you?

Would you crucify everyone who believed something different than you?

Is Hikaru the kind of conspiracy theorist who maintains there should be stars in the photos taken on the moon, even when there is clear and easily provable evidence to the contrary?

Is Hikaru the kind of conspiracy theorist who maintains that the Titanic never sank and was switched with her sister ship the Olympic even though such a switch was physically impossible?

If hikaru is, then sorry, but I would like to kill hikaru..

If hikaru is not, then i have no beef with hikaru..

You see, people are entitled to their opinion, but if that opinion is PROVEN to be WRONG it is no longer opinion, it is a falsehood, and they should just accept it and get on with life, not claim that the rest of the world is wrong and they are right..

Thats why i want to kill conspiracy theorists.

Just to add, i guess its not just conspiracy theorists, just people in general who refuse to accept they are wrong, when faced with the facts.

We aren't talking opinion here, opinions are what people have before the facts are proven, once something is proven, then it is no longer opinion, the original opinion becomes either right or wrong.

Example, it's my opinion that my house was burnt down by an arsonist. It was proven that it was in fact burnt down cos i dropped a cigarette. My opinion is no longer valid - because it is proven wrong. If i didn't accept that i'd be an arse.

    And probably kill myself.

TheStoon: The title you are seeking is not "conspiracy theorists." It is "dogmatists."

Hikaru is the type of "conspiracy theorist" that does not MAINTAIN anything. No actual conspiracy "theorists" do such. Hikaru is the type of conspiracy theorist that STATES that astronauts' should not glow when climbing down the dark end of a space shuttle, and that in a video recording, astronauts should not overlap camera precision bracings.

As for the titanic not sinking, Hikaru believes that the Titanic did in fact sink.

    =====

In other words, you want to kill non-rational people; the type you described were dogmatists; people who cast evidence aside and say that they are right despite the evidence.

Hikaru can sympathize with your general discontent with such people. He, however, does not hate them nor does he wish death upon them. They are his brothers, and despite any ignorance they show, Hikaru realizes that he is ALSO quite ignorant despite what he may think at times.

The point Hikaru wishes to express to you:

TheStoon, you are, in the grand scheme of things, no less ignorant than those you desire to kill, despite what you may think. And your thought process being such is clear *evidence* of such ignorance.

Deny this evidence, and you are no better than they are.

Accept it, and drop your hostilities, and then perhaps you may very well be less ignorant and more worthy then they.

One thing I wish to convey:

There are often many, many reasons why conspiracy theorists believe in conspiracies. Many times, they also have a broad array of facts to prove such. For example, conspiracy theorists that do not believe that America landed on the moon have reviewed the first two moon-landing tapes, and come up with over 30 inconsistancies that insinuate that we did not land on the moon.

Stars not being existant in the tapes is just one of such reasons.

So hear a whole argument out from a real theorist before you conclude to hate them.

Why do you hate conspiracy theorists? I mean, sane people don't want to kill other ppl only because they're wrong, but because they're a threat in some way... Or maybe you're just insane.
