Ironic isn't it, you want something that's not unhealthy at all, yet the government through their drug busts makes you resort to perfectly legal alcohol (something my father almost died from 2 days ago).

    Ironic. . .

Yeah man. I feel your pain. I'm drunk as fuck right now, because I have no weed.

Try not to get too lost on the sauce though. You're too good of a person for that. Get drunk, do your thing, and leave the alc behind when you have some smoke. That's what I always do, and I'm sure you'll do the same. I was once a borderline alcoholic, but now I only drink when no weed is available. I may have the occasional beer when I'm smokin, but I don't get drunk, unless I can't find/afford any weed. I can't afford weed right now, so I bought a case of beer......it's a decent substitute, but nothing compares to a couple of blunts, or so.

Also, I don't like this part of your post. Of course we care, because you're a cool ass mofo and we all know what it's like to be without bud.

    Rough times, indeed.

If you don't like it, don't drink.

No place is ever dry you just have to go meet more people.

You can always grow your own. Or get some salvia. I love that stuff. Shrooms are always an option as well.

I think he does grow. He probably just finished his last harvest and has to wait for the next one. I'm not sure though.

Salvia and shrooms are no substitute for weed. When you wanna get stoned, you wanna get stoned, and shrooms and salvia just won't cut it for a pothead in need.

    haha!

yeah, it sucks youre out of smoke right now....where abouts are you, anyhow?

our liquor laws dont make any sense around here. some places are open till 9 or so on sundays, some places can only sell beer or wine on sundays, some only beer, some nothing at all....all places that can sell alcohol normally, but different rules for different establishments regarding sunday. what an obscure and unimportant reason for restricting commerce, though....i really dont know why they would want to ban sales of legal products just based on what day of the week it is. what good does it do society?

it just goes to show the deeply rooted lack of separation between church and state in our nation's history. Sunday is the day of rest. It blew my mind when I moved to St Louis when I was 18, you could go the grocery store and purchase any sort of alcohol you wished. Out here you get 3.2 beer in the grocery store and everything else is in free standing liquor stores. its royally fucked.

i didnt even know they still sold anything called 3.2 beer anymore. i figured beer with such low alcohol content these days simply went along with the lower alcohol styles of fine beers, and not cheap beer specifically designed to be low alcohol. thats kinda wierd.

so you can't even buy budweiser in the grocery? thats pretty bizarre. here they can't sell liquor in most groceries, but they can sell beer, wine, sake, and liqueurs and diluted liquor up to 21% alcohol by volume in the grocery. a small portion of grocery stores have a seperate store within them with limited hours of operation which is a fully licensed liquor store, but you have to go in and purchase the booze within that room, you can't just take it to check out with the rest of your groceries.

you can buy budweiser in the grocery store if you settle for 3.2 bud. I always love when i meet people who come out for a few days of concerts or skiing, and go to buy beer on sunday and can get nothing but the low content shit. All the major domestic breweries offer 3.2 beer sold here. The law used to allow 18 year olds to purchase 3.2 but that's long since been change. there's been times where my family has forgottne that we had limited booze supply prior to a family dinner (18 heavy drinkers) and had to settle for that 3.2
