my first post in here, I need to vent and whine!!

I am the lead of a major paranormal investigating group in my city and surrounding cities, and i have had to make some cuts on members, and im trying to fill my positions back up , and i have new ones, and im just STRESSED!!!

Im trying to find a

contact person, interviewer for the interview team, historical researcher, i just got a camera man, and a new evp specialist to clear out noise on evps, and i am trying to get as many volunteers for a huge ass paranormal convention im throwing next year, i have to do all the radio shows, tv shows, and the worst thing is

my co-lead investigator (sidekick) - has to be bumped down and i have to find a new one!!!! because she has the band, the group, school, and her kids, and shes just to busy, so we both decided that it would be best if i go ahead and get a new member to help me out on that position, its a very dedicated job,

ahhhhhhhhhhh! im stressed!
