Urgent! Going To 'dam And Need Help Quick-sharp!!!

I'm new to the site and signed up basically for some help...
I'm going to the 'Dam in november, on a one-day cruise from Newcastle, UK, and I need some recommendations...
ESSENTIAL! I WANT TO BRING BACK 5-10G OF SKUNKY BACK WITH ME, HOW SHOULD I GO ABOUT IT? WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMS AT FERRY PORTS LIKE? WHERE SHOULD I HIDE MY STASH, AND WHAT IN?
I would also like some recommendations on which coffeeshops to visit, remembering I only have around 8 hours there, and which weed to try.

If I could have some replies A.S.A.P that would be great, thanks a bunch people!

No, we didn't bring any back - we smoked the last of it right outside the airport, while these cops with HUGE machineguns stood right there!!

 

Those last few words have put me off just a touch...
My friends have been twice, on the ferry, and they've brought 5g back each time with no trouble...
The only reason I want to bring it back is because skunk (weed) is always in limited supply where I live, and it's a rip-off to be honest. And when my friend brought back a bag of northern lights (hence my name lol) last time, I'd couldn't get over how nice it tasted!
So not bringin any back is not an option lol... It's which way would be safest.

are your plans to be IN the city center from 10am-4pm? because you´ll have to figure in travel time, too. for example, to get from the airport to Centraal Station, it takes... maybe 25 min (?) via train. and then from there, you´re still going to have to walk a bit to find some coffeeshops. there are a lot you should stay away from: the Bulldog, Smokey, any shops that have multiple locations... except barney´s though. i think they have 2-3 different shops, but their product is NOT different in those shops. it´s the same shit. if one place runs out of something, they call up another shop and have someone bring more by. really lame, if you ask me. but it is really good, yet overpriced...

anyways, figure in time to find a coffeeshop (search for a map of coffeeshops in amsterdam, pick a good one, then plan out how to get there - BEFORE you leave), buy the herb you want, package it/get it ready to be hidden to you can travel with it, and THEN smoke and enjoy your short stay. if you smoke first, you will be too high to quickly deal with everything else. also keep in mind that coffeeshops legally cant sell more than 5g to you at once. doesnt mean they strictly follow this, but if youre looking to get more, get it from 2 different places or have a friend get some, too.

as for coffeeshop recommendations, these places are nice:
abraxas, amnesia, dampkring, Greenhouse Namaste (CRAZY bathroom), Tweede Kamer, ..... the list goes on. I wouldnt worry too much about trying to find a certain strain - just tell the person working what you´re looking for (what kind of high, flavor, etc) and they will probably be able to steer you in the right direction. keep in mind that they will only push THEIR product, of course. if you want some objective information, go to the Cannabis College (located more or less in the red light district). everyone there is a volunteer and will give you unbiased information about weed and stuff about amsterdam.

how'd you fit a half ounce in a shampoo bottle? i know someone who did this to bring stuff back on a plane (just from nyc, so not international), but it was only like 2gs at most - probably not even worth the hassle, it was a mess to get it out.

i would NOT hide it in your shoes/socks OR the garbage bag idea. i would think your luggage is more likely to be heavily searched than your body and i know you have to take your shoes off at airports. you're on a cruise or ferry right, so the shoes might not be a problem (i dunno tho, never been). but anyways...

i snuck stuff under my balls in my boxer briefs, but 5gs might make you walk a little funny.

 

It was funny it was actually a full Oz a half of mendocino and a half of Kush. He had it broken into quarters and vac packed air tight and laid out so it was packaged skinny and long. He then emptied out a little shampoo and a little conditioner from 2 separate bottles and put 2 packs in each bottle. They were the big like 1L bottles of shampoo it was a pretty easy fit. But it was funny watching him dump a bottle of shampoo down the drain then cutting the bottle open (with a knife that was in his carry on the whole time go figure) to get to the good stuff.
