    So what's the story with these? I've found a couple whilst I was out shroom picking and I found a way of preparing them on shroomery.org.

    Basically you dry out the mushroom, grind it into powder, stir it into water which should be 190 degrees Fahrenheit and leave it there, stirring frequently for about half an hour. It says between 8 and 15 grams per person is the reccomended dose.

    Anyone else use this way, what is the trip like? Apparantly it's completely different from Psilocybin mushrooms.

    don't fuckin kill yourself some species of amintas are way moe poisones than others and the trip sucks atleast for me i felt sick and off balance kinda sea sick and very sedated weird feeling can explain but won't repeat

    Amanitas are weird. The trip won't be as fun as psilocybin mushrooms. I assume you have the gigantic red caps with white spots all over them. Those are Amanita Muscaria. Eat the wrong Amanita and you'll more than likely die, so be careful.

    Go on Erowid and check the effects and experience reports. Between 8-15g's is a good dose. Eating them is disgusting.
