OM Valley rainbow family (Cincinnati area) used to have gatherings in KY fairly often, I've been to several of 'em over the years, one near Morehead KY and another at Red River Gorge. But I've not heard of any in the last few years. Also, there was family concensus to not announce or confirm gatherings online, so as to minimize police harassment (and that worked nicely). But I've lost contact with the OM Valley folks, and I fear it may have disintegrated by now.
there are some kind folks in owenton and frankfort which are only a 20 min drive from lexington. i'm from frankfort but i go to lexington and UK pretty much every weekend. Their are a lot of kindred souls in Lexington and the surrounding area you just have to drop by places like good foods co-op on southland or sqecial media and meet folks. if you ever wanna chat or meet up just give me a pm
there is also some family located in Paducah, I usually see them at shawnee gathering in southern illinois. if you've got a rainbow guide you could get hold of rainbow jerry he's somewhere in the cumberland valley area. kentucky doesn't suck that much besides it surrounds 3 very rainbow areas, which are tennessee, illinois, and ohio.
