Iam not sure if anyone posted this b4 ... I am sorry if someone did

My cramps are always off and on .. one day I am fine .. the next it gets really uncomftrable
I dont use midol or anything like that ... because of my own personal beliefs
so I figured I would make a thread that I know alot of other people would benifit from ( I always try to make that my goal lol )
because I am not the only person that doesnt like to use unnatural meds

    So...

Does anyone have any natural suggestions on how to relieve menstral cramps?
I heard ginger is good ... I never really got to try it has anyone else tryed it?

What natural remedies work for you ?

Please feel free to post about your experinces with diffrent natural remedies that helped or/& didnt help you with your menstral cramps

    Thank you soo much !
    I really apreciate it

Please be respectful and kind to eatchothers oppinions
    Peace<3

Yeah I usually dont eat when I get cramps and do the legs thing to. It does help. Hot tea is good too.
Also I once read that if someone massages you with their thumbs in circular motions on your lower back, it helps relieve the pain. I havent tried it though, because I'm usually alone when the pain attacks, I try to do it myself, but I'm not sure if it works.
Although I usually need to take advils or tylenol anyways, because they are just too strong, but that does help a little.

eating 1-2 avocados from midcycle until your period is due helps. Upping the potassium levels (eating bananas). Really dark chocolate (like 70% bitter) is a good muscle relaxant (ever wondered why women crave it? That's why). Milk chocolate doesn't have the flavinol concentration to truly handle cramps, but the dark dark stuff will do away with them all! :) Also, I like a glass of wine when they are at their worst.
