are you for real man? if you live anywhere but the US, codeine can be found in combination with acetaminophen (aka paracetamol or APAP or Tylenol) in any drugstore, over the counter. if you do live in the US, you can get a hold of tylenol 3 simply by telling your dentist you have a toothache or some other such nonsense. a better question is this: what, exactly, is "bomb tylenol 3" ? because none of the many encounters I have had with tylenol 3 would characterize it as anywhere NEAR "bomb" -V
