My mom just lost her job today, she's a nurse.. they drug tested her and she was positive for pain medication she wasn't prescribed, but she has severe back pains which she only uses them every few weeks. So shes gotta sell the house, and go through some programs to get her license back.. I feel bad for her, but I don't know what to say. Just one thing after another happen's in life to keep you down.
That sucks, can't she go to the doctor's and get a note or something that says that she absolutely NEEDS the pills, and maybe get a prescription too?
you make it sound like there is no light at the end of the tunnel... just one of many road blocks you run into in life.. either rise above it or get crushed by it... and your mom should have thought about the possible consiquences of taking illegal scripts
Just make sure your mom knows that its ok and everything will work out even if it sucks right now. Eventualy everything has to get better sometime, it might take a whild but it will happen. good luck and sorry to hear this.
Well today i just found out my grandmother i love so much possibly has brain cancer or blood clots to the brain. For the past 3 days shes been holding her head complaining about a sharp shooting pain in her head. Doctors say this could be a sign of something very "concerning". Today, i also found out my mom has "Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus" (Merca) AKA "Super-bug". Today has also been a rough day thinking about my brothers death, more than usual. So my day sucked as well as yours man. All you can really do is learn from yesterday, live for today, and hope for tomorrow while not letting any of this earthly drama hold you down.
I never realize how much i take everything for granite until i hear stuff like this. Life's tough and sucks so much sometimes but it can only get better, like i said before.
Sorry man, that sucks, help your mom get clean and just help her out with getting her job back or maybe a better one.
