So... I've smoked a lot of marijuana, and I did mushrooms once, and will probably do them again before I do acid. My issue is that all of my friends wanna do pychedelics to "trip balls", but I want to do it for the more spiritual/self discovery reasons... When I did mushrooms with my friend I was really uncomfortable around him, and was just wondering if it's ok to take acid alone... I am probably going to do 2 blotters.
yeah do it alone, you'll be fine. you won't jump out any windows or anything. be somewhere outside, like a park or field, if possible. in the daytime.
Ah thanks a bunch =D My parents are actually huge paranoid freaks, which I know worrying about can cause a bad trip. I live in Arizona, so I don't have any woods or anything, but I'm thinking about going to a field, like at a park, and just hanging out all day... Thanks again, and maybe we could talk more? Everyone on this forum seems to be a lot of help, and are just all around relaxed people, which are the kind I'm looking for (all, and I literally mean ALL) of my friends are up tight, or druggies.
id actualy suggest not doin it alone but findin more like minfded folks to doit with, there are some near u when u find em.. find the right group & go camp in the dessert for a night do it at night not day, always better
I have a friend that I used to do Ecstasy with a lot (only a few of the pills were good, most were H based ><) He might do it with me, and he's the only person I can really relate to... But... I did mushrooms at night and got kinda wigged... I hear it's nice to lookat the sky though, I was inside on mushrooms so...
H based beans= figment of your imagination I would not trip alone your first time. If it went bad trust me...it would go real bad, real quick.
Really? They probably just weren't very good then... Anyways... Alright, I'll try and find someone that wants to share the experience with me... My cousin is actually really cool, but wants me to go camping with him and drop like 6 hits which I know would like... Explode my brain =P
Yeah, I'd also not recomend doing it alone. One paranoid or jarring occurance can throw your thoughts out of control in no time, and if things go bad, the realization that you're alone will hit you hard. Outside is wonderful for sure, but I also like to chill in a place with some tunes. Music plays a huge part in a trip for me so I usually spend about half my trip outside and half inside listening to music and freaking out or watching trippy videos/movies.

Don't trip alone at first, really bad idea. If things go wrong, who will bring you up? I mean some people know how to shut off their ego and just go with it with detachment, but that takes an element of preparation and some knowledge about yourself. A bad trip means you'll learn a lot, but it'd be nicer to have someone with you in case it does go bad. Just make sure the person is someone you trust unconditionally.
yeah. its all set and setting. just remember you dont want to make eye contact with anyone who isnt on lsd. so keep that in mind so camping with really good trusted friends + a decent dose of lsd (not too much but enough) would be wonderful. and think positive. BE HAPPPYY!!!!

I guess I'm the 5th who wouldn't recommend doing it alone, at least the first time. If you feel uncomfortable with your friend, do it with someone you're comfortable with. I don't think I'd do 2 the first time, that is if it's any good. If you're really doing it for the more spiritual reasons, I'd stick to mushrooms (real ones, not the kind laced with acid). Street acid has so much crap in it like various forms of speed (to enhance the trip) or anything the chemist wants to put in it. If you really want spiritual discovery, you still have to do the work. Try meditating for a few months before using the drugs. Of course if you just want to get high, go for it. good luck, paul
you would be better off tripping alone or with people who are more on the same wavelength as you. dont trip with people who are doing it for the wrong reasons as they will hold you back. if this is your first experience you would be better to find someone who wants to do it with you. once you are confortable with the effects it is ok to trip alone. if you can find someone with experience that would be best. as long as they are someone who is into the spiritual/self discovery reasons.
Tripping with 2 or 3 people that are all tripping is usually best. Especially if you're all there from the beginning and take the stuff together, that way your trips connect better.
