Well my friends older brother use to sell pot and hook us up with 3gs for 15$ since were homies with his younger brother. So anyway my friend is all pissed one day and I ask him why and he says his bro is in jail for 10 years. His older brother was a nice peaceful guy but he happened to be getting a ride home from a party one day and I guess the fool he was riding with has meth in the car which he didn't know. They got pulled over by a cop and the kid driving said fuck I have meth in the car and booked so my friends older brother in fear booked it too but he happened to get caught while the actual tweaker got away. So they charged him with 5grams meth possesion and he got 10 years for it:-/
Didnt they drug test him to see if he had meth in his system? That would be the first thing i would do as soon as i was bailed out if arrested for possession of something that wasnt mine.
Well he's mexican and a lot of cops here are racist. He ended up getting 6 years(still a lot) and they said drug tests don't prove anything and some bullshit about guilty by association. And I don't know his prior offenses but I think he's been caught for weed possession before I'll have to ask my friend when I see him again.
