Out of San Diego. I'm from Portland OR, and I just heard about these guys. The singer is also the drummer, a girl, and the band features some pretty interesting noise.

They are on myspace, and there are streaming versions of two songs along with an album review online at The Stonewailer.

Another band that is getting a lot of press is The Shackeltons. They are on myspace too.
