DAD, If you get the chance try to look at the book"How to Grow World record Tomatoes" by Charles H. Wilber I bought it at half.com and he uses kudzu in his compost and my gosh, he has plants that he has to get on 2, 8 ft. ladders to reach the top.
OH! WOW! Yea, kudzu is, or could be, a very benificial plant. There is no part that you can't eat. Even can make a great jelly from the flowers. A guy I know near here, cuts, dries and composts it. He and Clemson University (and many others) say it's the best thing you can put in compost. But if (as Gabino said) it's coming up where it isn't wanted - it's a weed.
kudzu may be a weed to some but it has medicinal uses Chinese medicine says it is a cure for alcoholism, and hangover
Yea, and we all know how dangerous us drunk driving farmers are!! I'm fighting it now. I've been told that fire or goats are the answer. Well, the non-chemical answer.
