I have been toying with the idea of communal living for about a year. I am at a point where I am seriously about to take the plunge. I cannot function in this 9-5 society. It has been a hard decision, I have a significant other I have to leave behind. I have been researching communes, and I found a few really cool ones that I liked but they either don't accept pets or are full on pets. I have two cats that absolutely must come with me, they are my life. I can get rid of all my worldly possessions, but not my two girls. Does anyone know of any communes that accept pets? I am looking for something that does not require me to pay a big chunk of money to start up with them, and a place that has been set up for awhile. thanks so much, I would love some links to some places.
