Reverse Aging Clubs

So I joined a reverse aging club yesterday and can't wait to go back today. Yesterday I went in for yoga and then got a hydro massage, spinal alignment and sat in a FIR sauna for 45 minutes.
I must say that today I look great. I slept better than ever before, my skin looks great. For the first time in years I do not have circles under my eyes. My pants are a bit loose on me this morning and I feel mentally focused and calm. The minor sore throat I had is completley gone as are my allergies.
The people there are kinda weird. They walk around naked a lot and a lot of them claim they are psychic. One guy was doing yoga naked. That disturbed me a bit, but I didn't even notice towards the end of the class. They have tantric sex classes, but expect you and your partner to undress so I do not think I am ready for that yet.
But yeah it is awesome and if anyone feels sick they should for sure look for a reverse aging club.

They also had raw chocolate powder there which I could not find in Reno before finding this place. That's why I went there in the first place actually, just to buy raw chocolate and then I ended up buying a monthly membership.
Oh they also have a raw foods potluck on Wednesday so I finally have an opportunity to make friends...and what's better than a bunch of psychic friends?

 

You lay in this chamber and this rummber thing comes down around you. It then releases a wall of water on your spine and goes up and down the contours of your body.

I likes the spinal alignment table the best. My hip and pelvic bones always feel so tight from walking around work in ballet flats or heels. It totally loosened them up. Plus, you have to keep your abs stable while you're on it so that's a big workout, but you're so limber from yoga and the sauna that you don't even notice it.

but that sounds like it'd be good. i really could go for a massage of any sorts right now, but a hyrdo massage just sounds wicked appealing.

 

It's just the coolest place ever. Too bad they started doing random drug testing at work again or else I would so become a raw yogi stoner non-profit girl.

I went again tonight and loved it. Came out with my t-shirt wet with sweat , but I felt energetic...so weird. Have gotten used to the naked people walking around and the offers of a tantric sex practicing partner.

 

Oh the funniest part was this guy I met who claims he doesn't need to eat more than 200 calories every other day. He said he photosynthesizes. Iw as telling Andy about this and he was like ohhhh don't become like that baby promise me. At the time I was in the In and Out drive-through...really wanted fries and a shake...needless to say he now knows he has nothing to worry about.

I saw a picture of this Yoga expert once , he was 83 and no joke he looked about 32.

Im really into Chinese stuff - kung fu , and taoist equivalents of Tantric stuff.
Its a shame the west is so blinkered about things and think that crap medicines and stuff are the cure for everything .

That photosynthesis thing sounds weiiiiiirdddddddd , but Ive seen some straaaange things with kung fu.

He couldn't be over 100 pounds. He actually teaches a class on it. It's called something like from food to sun fuel or something. I should go just to report back

I am really begining to like these strange people. The black dude who does yoga in his suit pants and a wife beater said my skin was looking radiant and he is proud of me. It's all very sweet actually.
