I Got this ticket about a year ago for posseion of less than one ounce of marijuana, actually about a bowl, it was pretty lame. Anyways, i just happened to be looking at this ticket again and realized it says marijana, not marijuana. This makes me even more angry that this dyke cop busted me with a bowl of a substance that she doesnt even know how to spell...check the pic in my gallery!
Maybe the cop was toking your bowl and then forgot how to spell it. Dam I got a ticket though yesterday....I hate tickets.
Go to court and fight it. "Yes, judge, as you can see I was using 'marijana', not 'marijuana', which is actually legal; I'm sure the officer was just confused."
Ya i did get the ticket in Santa Cruz whoevers from the bay and asked that. I was 17 @ the time of that ticket though and i got a letter in the mail a couple weeks later saying that the charges were being dropped cuz it was my first offense. Its funny beacuse when i got stopeed for not wereing a bike helmet i had to show up in court and pay a fine, but when i get busted with weed, i just get a letter saying the hcarges were dropped, i love my town!
