Oh there are definitely natural things... I can't think of em right now. I think walking helps and chocolate maybe? You should look it up!

yeah, good one!-when i masturbate on my "woman time", it does seem shorter and less painful.
what a WONDERFUL pain reliever, in my book.

I read an article on ways to reduce cramps and it said regular orgasms throughout the month tends to ease the pain.

Eating chicken and drinking caffeine right before or during your period makes it that much worse.

it seems nothing takes away the worst of cramps and migraine's i get lately..... except :spliff: .... no amount of herbals remedies or generic pills can take away the pain like a good joint or a bowl..

Ugh, cramps. Definately curl into a ball. And I second the orgasm motion. Drink lots of water, is what I do. Helps me feel less bloated which bothers me the very most. Actually, what bothers me more than cramps themselves are they my breasts and nipples get *so* unbelievably sore I need to hold them in the shower, for example, to not get hit by the water!

Ah, lordy, yes. The sore breasts, the period cramps.. especially those horrible, crippling, want to die kind. Don't you hate being a girl sometimes?

I have heard orgasm but I do understand that sometimes you're in too much pain to get down there. But, I've found that my strongest orgasms (masturbation, only clit, of course) came during my period. And, unfortunately, I'm hornier during my period. But.. yeah orgasms do help with cramping.

gosh it's been years since i've had menstrual cramps or bloating.
idk if it's cos of the extra wetness or what but I'm at my horniest during my period too... that and taking it easy makes my period kinda fun, sorry that u have to go thru that.

I drink coffee all the time, even b4 my period so that contradicts what another poster here said, but I cum like 2-4/day everyday tho I think i should really cut back on that, it goes upwards to 6 during my period.

Eat good with lots of veggies throughout the month.

I shower alot and sleep alot. Isnt excercise supposed to help? Cos ive only had it real bad once before and then all i could do was lie on the sofa curled up and sleep till it went away. Walking was temporary help.

Exercise does really help although it is difficult to actually bring yourself to exercise if you can do it, it will help. I used to have really bad cramps. I ended up having surgery becaus od a pain in my side (not menstration related) and found out that I had endometriosis which was causing my cramps to be really severe. So if they are so bad to where you can't stand it then you really need to go see your doctor. I ended up losing an entire ovary and fallopion tube during my surgery because of a cyst that was caused by the endometriosis.

besides the above suggestions my hot water bottle becomes my very best friend during that time of the month. Also, kava is a natural muscle relaxer.
