i had just been suspended from school 2 times(in a week) for "bad behaviour" and it was my third day back at school and i had set up a deal with two of my friends. i was in a hurry in the morning so i just grabbed the jar that i was curing the weed in and put it into my bag. it was 1st period and i was in ITE, i saw tha vice principle at the door of my classroom, he asks if he can c me for a sec. i go outside the classroom with him, he tells me to get my bag and come to his office. as we were walking to his office i ask him if i can go to the toilet(so i can ditch the weed). he says no. i kept asking him if i could go to the toilet as we were walking, at this point there is despiration in my voice, he says no. we get to the office and sit down. he tells me that some fucka squeeled on me and he is going to search my bag. he tells me to empty the contents of the bag onto the table, i empty the back pocket of my bag(the weed is in the very front pocket), then i empty the middle pocket of my bag...times running out..i gotta do something...when i get to the front pocket i open it up, i stall a bit by searching through the front pocket looking for my phone, the vice principle looks to the ground while i am doing this,NOWS MY CHANCE, i quickly grab the weed and put it into the back pocket while he isn't looking. i empty the contents of the front pocket onto the table. he then asks for my bag...i don't give it to him...he asks again... i get up and make a run for it. he blocks the door(he is a big man). other teachers come to where we are. i try to push past him a few times but i can't overpower him. i give him the bag he finds the weed he calls the cops i get interigated, cautioned(like a warning from the cops) and expelled from school(the school got a bunch of people to testify that i was dealing) i also had to go to this rehab thing and the worst part about it is they took my weed, it was good shit, homegrown...and it taste delicous. so thats what happened
smart people would have learned not to bring weed to school after being suspended twice before in the same week. why would you think that would be a reasonable thing to do? there are better times to be dealing than in school my friend. sorry to hear about the lost weed, always a shame.
no offense but thats why you dont deal at 13. youre too young an ignorant (not in a bad way) to know the true risks, you just think youll never get caught, and you did. Good luck in whatever new school they put you in.
first off you had chance to get rid of the weed man. always store weed in your pockets not backpack for quick disposure. when you saw him enter the class room you could of tossed it in the trash when he's not looking. you could of tossed it on the way to the principal's office too. was he seriously staring at you the whole time?
trying to run away? bad idea, says guilty all over it. and seriously, where are you going to run to? they knew they had caught you,best thing to do would of just taken the weed out first and told them. come out honest and straight like that and you can lie about the smaller things that will keep you out of AS much trouble. but it sounds like it wouldnt of made a difference, seems like you would of goten expelled either way. either way,sucks man,will it be easy enough to go to a different school?
LOL, i keep getting this, im 13 guys, i put my age as 24 because i thought that the forums might not let me in if i was under 18. does anyone know how i can change it??? i really fucked up this time... my first mistake was taking the weed to school on that day, when all the teachers had thier eye on me(because of my misbehaviour the last week...and the past year). my second mistake was not being prepared for a search, i should of had it hidded in the back of my phone case of sumfing and i couldn't ditch tha weed beacause it was in a jar(i was curing tha weed in the jar, and i was in a hurry in the morning, so i just grabbed it) in the very front of my bag, and the vice principle would have noticed. and that was the only school around here, so now i have to do some "distance education" shit.

I'm serious. In my state and country at least, they assaulted you. whether or not you had pot is irrelevant. call a lawyer, or if you can't afford it, a child advocate.
How was he assaulted? He initiated the contact by trying to "push past" the man. That falls under "reasonable restraint". Unless I misread the OP's statment.
Nah, you have it good. Comparatively, at least. In Georgia we have a No Tolerance Policy. When I was in high school, I was banned from all public schools and arrested for carrying a dime bag.
Word. When I had two cops coming towards me at school and I knew it was for me I ditched my shit on some counter top and I never saw it again. I wonder who the lucky person was that found it.
