I wonder if it has gotten any easier to find weed on the street in Denver, now that less than an ounce is legal?
O well, I was grasping and I knew it. If anyone thinks of any last resort type areas of Denver for me to go try feel free to pm me, as I'll be on vacation there and looking in a couple months.
less than an ounce is technically legal in city laws do allow it but federal laws still consider it illegal, so if you do get cought you still can be fined. anywhere outside the denver city limits is still illegal, but only carries a one hundred dollar fine for anything under an ounce, hell better than being arrested
the cops are using state statutes..and aren't you also coming to Boulder? PM me and I'll get you some tips.
i'm glad Denver is upholding the new law that was voted upon by the people, I had heard about the federal part through word of mouth, i must remember thats not always the best imformation source. The facts i quess got a little twisted by the time it got here in northern Colorado.
is that first sentence sarcasm? In Denver, the police ALSO abide by state law, which left MJ illegal, thanks to our enlightened pocket, Colorado Springs and their fearmongering (If I hear GATEWAY one more freaking time....) PLUS, smoking on the street was never part of 100, so if you are in a venue, on the street or god forbid, behind the wheel, you can and will get popped. 100 was about allowing private in HOME consumption.
