Ever Been Arrested Because of Weed?

Ive passed of being sober to the pigs with weed in pocket more than once. My friend had a shottie and grinder found used in his bag. He only got a record.

 

Why where you arrested and how did it go down?
I got into a confrontation with a man and drew a pistol on him, his wife called the police and I was chased by helicopters and multiple squad cars. I was arrested with a 1/2lb of chronic and a 1/4lb of shrooms.

How much was your bail?
$10,000

Did you serve time, comunity service, probation, etc.?
18 Months of probation. 4 Days in jail.

 

no, but today was the closest call i have ever had, on the way to school my buddy pulled out our piece and was packing it and a cop pulled up right next to us and got out of his car, i thought he was coming to my car, but he just went to the car right behind us (one of my friends) and told them they had a light out. then at school an administrator came in the room and stood right behind me, and i thought he knew and i started flippin out, thinking i smell like crap, but a buddy told me i didnt and i calmed down.

 

i got arrested for smoking at bumbershoot(music festival) i was smoking a bowl with my sister and i saw some cops coming over to us. i handed my sister the pipe and we started to walk away to get lost in the crowd. the cops run after me and tackle me into a little wodden house thing and throw me on the ground and handcuff me. they talked to my sister and told her they were about to kick my ass but i was too young or small or something. they took me out of the festival and put me in their car and got my info, but i told them everything and they let me go.they siad if i came back they would press tresspassing charges or someshit. they called my house and my sister talked to them. i got kicked out of the festival and had to dump a 30 bag in the garbage, but my parents never found out. Was anyone here at bumbershoot 06?

 

damn that sounds like a sucky festival.

If only weed was legal, none of those many-normal people would have been arrested

 

I got busted 4 years ago for felony marijuana with intent to sell and and an enhancement because i had a firearm with me.
8 months in jail and 2 felonies on my record. Sucks

 

Never busted, i do smoke in public, i do carrie more weed with me then allowed, i don't care, i have no reasons to be paranoia about it since it is my right as individual to smoke pot, no police or whatever shit can take this right away.

Legal and illegal are terms made by people who think we are a herd of sheeps who need to be taken care of, nothing gives those fools the right the "herd" us, to decide what is good for us, or what is not, they have no right to claim us as their property, we are born as free individuals and i would like to live as a free individual, fuck all those ignorant morrons, those egocentric fools.

I got almost arrested 2 times. The first time I had an 1/8th on me and they found it but released me since I knew they could only ticket me for posession (Canada, 2 years ago) and since i had less than a half-ounce on me they had to let me go, and the second time I also had an 1/8, but disposed of it non-chalantly while getting out of the vehicle...they didnt find it, and I came back later with a buddy to retrieve it.

Me and my friend were on a roll, sneaking out every night of spring break a year ago and cops never come down my street (edge of town)
We saw a car and (knew) it was not a cop... it was
We kinda freaked and forgot about the 'do not consent to search thing' and the cop found 2 grams and some alcohol maybe 3 blocks from my house
Gayest shit ever, but he only called our parents, no record of it ever happening

My dad didn't care, thought it was funny
My mom freaked out thinking I was possessed by the devil to ever touch drugs...
Friends parents are British and used to shrooms and dank all the time back in England

 

till the feds come knock your door down. thas the shitty thing the state may say its legal but the federal goverment says it isnt and can still arrest you. lol or at least that how i understand it from the news.

 

never been caught. anybody know how harsh laws in canada are? ive been told that even if they do catch you here(canada) they can only take away your drugs and paraphenellia

 

Nope. Anyway, no one gets arrested because of cannabis. It's coz of the arbitrary, historically racist legislation against it that people get their liberties taken away.

Adults usually dont get arrested for weed where Im from unless its over a Oz.. even then its a misdeminor... obviously you MINORS are just mis de something...

 

That's a crazy story, it's like one of those crazy police chase shows. I've only ever seen 1 guy get away from a helicopter and it was coz the light failed. I find it hard to believe you only served 18months of probation and 4 days in jail for possession of 8Oz of cannabis and 4Oz of shrooms, a class A, so with that intent to supply and drawing that pistol and evading and maybe all the traffic violations if you were driving, your lawyer must've been johnny cockran coz to me that jus doesn't make sense.

 

my lawyer was the same lawyer my dad used when he sued Nestle Co. aka Purina. Cat litter company. Ever heard of them? I never got away from the helicopter dude.....I was arrested. I could care less about what you think, I have the paper from which I made front page and I have all my court papers and everything. I originally had 7 feleonies but got it dropped down to only 2. They had a search warrant for my house and tried pulling that I had meth and heroin cuz my mom uses needles for her disease that she has. Kinda an insult to our family so my dad was pissed and fought back hard. Plus we caught the police at my car at 2:00 am one morning so that helped the case out....
I also did rehab and outpatient care and counceling shit so that looked good plus I passed drug tests for about 3 months so it looked really good. I didnt even get charged until late january and it happened in april of that year.
Im in school and working so they gave me HYTA act which means everything is OFF my record when I get off probation. Nicely done if you ask me. Nice try on proving me wrong on what I did...maybe next time buddy.

 

I'm not trying to prove you wrong, i could care less. I never said you got away from the chopper either. Hopefully for you there won't be a next time.
