How many times do you wear clothes before you wash them?

I wear jeans/pants like 4 or 5 times before I was them.

Bras, I only have three so I alternate throughout the week.

Underwear, only once.

Shirts, depends on if they smell or not. If not, then two times. If they do smell or are all stretched out looking from wearing them, then only one.

Sometimes I'll wear my jeans a day or two, but other than that only once.

 

oh bras usually like 5 or 6 times.

my BDUs? um, i'll go all semester without washing that...i'll change the shirts though, since they can stretched and smelly

B's uniform - pants need dry cleaned, so that doesn't happen...white shirts get washed every few months, since i can change them out or put bleach on them to take a stain out

jeans - 3-5 times before a wash

shorts - after each workout

t-shirts - once

socks - once

 

How about your socks, Smelly Socks?? Is it safe to assume you get a few more wears out of them that is permissible??

 

hmmmm never had that problem. I am a hygine freak too, but bra's don't really ever smell. maybe my body odor produces thingies are just none existen in that area?

Socks turns them inside out to get an extra day out of them.

i only wear undies once before washing them. all other clothes i just chuck in the wash when i feel like it. i never keep track of how many times ive worn something. im especially bad with jeans. sometimes i go months without washing them.

If it's been a really hot day then ill wash sweaty stuff right away but i don't usually sweat much anyway

 

i'll wear my jeans until they try to walk away on their own or stink. everything else, just once.

 

It depends on how much spare time I have. I switch my bras so I don't really know how many times I wear them before washing them. Undies only once. Pants two or three times if I don't have time to wash them. Shirts once sometimes twice. Socks only once....but I rarely wear them.

 

Now that we have a washer and dryer, I think I'll wash my clothes a lot more frequently, but I usually wear jeans at least 3 or 4 days before washing, and my work khakis I'll wash every two days or every day if they're stained (I have 4 pairs, so it's not like I have to wash them all that often), shirts I wear only once, same as panties, I'm in the same situation as you with bras, Allonym, and socks...well, if they don't stink, then they're good.

 

Pants, shorts and flannel shirts indefinitely until they get dirty. Underwear, socks and shirts are washed after every wear.

 

i dont own any jeans.
all my skirts i hand wash after a couple wears
blouses 1 or 2 wears
dresses the same.
undies one wear
bra sometimes a good week
i only wear my clothes when i go to work, then im mostly home and i wear my comfy clothes. so some will go unwashed for a while, just depends.

im never stinky though. and rarely sweat.

 

It's so fucking hot here...ONCE. If you try to wear your jeans the next day, they can sometimes still be damp from sweat. Disgusting but true.
