But doesn't this forum represent some form of the gay general public? You claim people would find him attractive, but if the responses coming out of this thread reflect anything of the average gay person's views, then the outlook for such models isn't great..But then again, this is a relatively small community so I guess there are enough guys out there who would find that kind of model attractive. Also, I don't think there is anything such as "the average gay guy" so I guess that counters that part of the argument.

 

I disagree, I think that there is an "average gay guy" as much as there is an average anything else.

 

would you not say that society as a view of an 'average' person in any group, which tends to be quite sterotypical, however in everygroup there will be people that will fall into that.
wether sterotypical gay guys have observed what society see's as average and have brought into that or wether society see's enough gay guys to show certain traits then forms an opinon is another matter

This was just a theory, but then again, I have no proof, I don't know the target audience the model was supposedly aimed at if there was one.
And if there is a target audience, we might get a clearer picture of who he's for, aside from that, we can only assume he was aimed at people who like people with similar appearance.
