I did quite well if I don't say so myself.

    I had:
2 clementines (little delicious orange like things)
    1 bartlet pear
    1 gala apple
    1 peach
    1 oz salted peanuts
a burrito with spanish rice, 3 bean veggie chili, quacamole and cucumbers on an herb garlic tortilla
Noni berry snapple (had aspertame in it, would have avoided that had I saw it before I drank it, but one for the learning books)

Since I avoided the hersheys/reeses chocolate all day at work I bought myself a bar of vegan dark chocolate and ate two blocks, I'll save the rest for the rest of the week.

For dinner I will have either a bean quesidilla, portabello mushroom sandwich on sprouted grain roll or tofu ravioli with an organic red sauce. Mmm.... I think I will go with the tofu ravioli, haven't tried that yet.

Yup, this is easy. Just have to check those ingredients... and maybe eat a few more veggies throughout the day.

Hey yeah, any advice is always appreciated. A lot of the stuff that I've eaten already is vegan, so I guess you can say I've been transitioning for a while, even when I still ate meat. I love soy and rice milk, could die for tofutti sour supreme, make protein shakes with tofu for breakfast just about every morning and am obsessed with portabello mushroom sandwiches and bean quesidillas. I even try my hardest to make all my bread and pastas that I eat sprouted so I get more protein and less of the refined flour crap, although I do that just because it's healthier all around. I do need to branch out a bit, I won't be able to eat mushroom sandwiches and bean quesidillas everyday for the rest of my life. I'm working on finding a good vegan cookbook or even a subscribing to a magazine that has recipes in it.

Vegan with a Vengence is a great vegan cookbook. The American Vegetarian Cookbook is an oldie but goodie, too.
