I'm having a lot of trouble with my barefooting. I do it around the house, around the garden, and anywhere where I know nobody can see, but I really need tips on plucking up the courage to do it around my neighbourhood.

I feel like sometimes when somethings important enough to you you just have to go for it. Like people are not always nice, but if it's whats best for you you just have to go with it. I find it helps to have a detailed and well reasearched list of reasons to answer people questions. Especially resteraunt or shop owners. .. This way you can start to spread awarness of why it's not weird to want to not wear shoes anymore, and why it's not dirty or wrong...

Lots of good luck with everything!

try wearing sandals/flip flops without socks until you get used to having your feet exposed. then as barefoot kid said, try short walks around your neighborhood or out to the mail box, something like that. you could wear sandals to the park and remove them and walk around the park a bit.

main thing is take the time that makes you comfortable.

    peace and good luck,
    bob
