If it is then it's incorrect. "popular" people are full of it in my eyes, and not people I usually like to associate with.

 

the cancer and virgo ones seem right on.i'm a cancer, my husband is a virgo, and here's the reason why we get along so well.

 

"popular" doesn't mean what it used to in high school. "popular" just means very likeable and friendly, people want you around. who that may be varies from group to group.
