Does Everybody Smoke Pot????

God damnit, it seams like everywhere i go everyone smokes pot. Like today i went to a internet place by my house to play CS and some guy i knew from high school came up and was like HEY WHAT SUP MAN. then he was like "you guys smoke nugs?" So i say no and hes like "OH, whatever man" Its not just this but it happens to me alot. Ill drink but i wont smoke weed and when i go to parties i always get offers to go smoke pot, Ill turn them down and they look at me differently. I dont have a problem with stoners so why do stoners have a problem with me not smokeing.

Ive tried weed before, I dont really like it because i think it makes me lazy.

 

They have a problem with you because turning down an offer to smoke is sort of harsh. Not really, but I mean, we potheads like our pot; to be offered some is quite a compliment.


Or it could be that they think you're a government brain-washed person who's got a problem with them doing it.

I wouldn't be bummed if someone turned down my offer. It's their life, they can make their own choices.

Whenever i offer someone somethin who ive just met or who i dont know too good they if they arent into what im offerin them sometimes they'll say no thanks in a way that seems like they dont know wether theyr gonna insult me by sayin no but i just say ok cool. I never force anyone to take or do anythin they dont want to i hate i dont like it when ppl do it to me either. But if you dont want ppl to look at you in a different way when u turn down weed just say somethin like "na man im not really into weed, you go do what you have to do and thanx anyway" they'l be cool about it.

 

Heh, tell that to my sister, lol. But even she wouldn't be mad if I turned down a beer because I didn't feel like drinking. It should be the same way with pot. I think it's kinda lame that these stoners you know get pissy when you say you don't want any weed. I mean, just cuz you don't smoke doesn't mean you have a problem with it, or are some kind of nark. It just isn't your thing. If that can't get that, screw 'em.

MDMA is not a "household chemical". Neither are any of the common cutting agents or adulterants that are found in "E" pills.

Well Ellis is considered the psychedelic Guru around here. He knows more than you. I think i can speak on his behalf when i saiy he doesnt think drugs are good for you but he encourages respect and understanding for drugs and their use.

By saying their not household chemicals he is right, because im guessing he knows the processin creating pills is mroe complex than that. But that doesnt make them good for you, uit jsut makes them more sophisticated than you think, and goes to show that you are a subject of the popular thought that many drugs are jsut chemicals that are mixed about, instead of the powerful and complex enigma that they are.

I know how to make MDMA, and while a few "household chemicals" might be useful in the manufacturing process (lye, muriatic acid, isopropyl alcohol, etc.), most of the precursors don't fall into this category, and those that are used don't show up in the finished product in any meaningful amounts. Your "argument" is simply parroting the standard gov't and media propaganda that is spoon-fed to the american populace who know next to nothing about chemistry.

And where did I say that? MDMA certainly isn't a good drug for repeated or heavy use, but despite the concerted government and media campaign against it, there is no evidence of harm from occasional, moderate use.

Pull your head out of your DARE pamphlets, and learn to do your own research, rather than just regurgitating what you are told.....

 

In my eyes, I drink alcohol and everything, but If I were to choose then I would choose weed of alcohol anyday. I've seen what alcohol can really do to a person and it isn't pretty.

 

Ok maybe i was to harsh in what i said, but you cant argue the fact that some people do drugs like E, Acid, and PCP way too much and become those retarted twitchy people ,you know the guys im talking about, that never do anything with their life but smoke pot and work as a traffic gaurd.


As far as MDNA goes, parts of it ARE house hold chemicals, That doesent mean some gerue is mixing them together and selling it in pill form.

What i dont understand about the whole pot thing is that when i was smokeing pot, like once a week, I got sick A LOT more then i normaly do or do now. I also felt lazy like i couldnt keep up in school or pay attention very well, maybe im brain washed though and just blameing it on the drug. But i doubt it.

 

And some people drink too much, and become skid row winos.

Some people gamble too much, and piss away their paychecks every week.

Some people go to church too much, and become obnoxious, brainwashed bible thumpers.

None of these mean that everybody (or even a sizable proportion of) who drinks, gambles, or goes to church develops a "problem". Same goes for drug users.

Not sure what "MDNA" is (or what a "gerue" is , for that matter), but I will ask you again what part of MDMA consists of "household chemicals". MDMA is a specific, isolatable chemical compound. Pure MDMA isn't a mixture of ANYTHING, and it does NOT contain anything besides MDMA.

Sodium is a soft metal that explodes on contact with water, and will burn holes in your skin if you touch it. Chlorine is a greenish gas that corrodes many metals and was once used as a chemical warfare agent. But if you combine these 2 nasty elements together, you get sodium chloride, which you probably enjoy on potato chips. It has CEASED TO BE what it was "made from", and has characteristics of it's very own. The same goes with the various chemicals that are used to make MDMA. Once they react with each other to create MDMA, they don't exist as independent entities anymore.

This isn't "pro-drug propaganda". It's grade school chemistry....
