suboxone

    does suboxone (aka Buprenorphine) show up on a drug test for a job??or do they not check for that ?

    I do not think so, even though it is derived from Thebaine, like oxycodone, even the most percise drug tests will not pick it up. To be sure stop taking it three days out from the test. tO ANSWER YOUR QUETSION IT IS VERY UNLIKELY, AS MOSt TESTS TEST FOR fifve substances: Opiates(i think only heroin and morphine), marijuana, cocaine, methamphetamine, and ecstacy(mdma)

    well on those standard drug test the way they test for opiates is by detecting morphine and codiene, which are the two chemicals that most opiates break down into by the liver, like heroin..oxycodone does NOT break down into morphine or codiene like heroin does, it breaks down into "oxymorphone"... and thats why I disagree when people say oxycontin is "pharmacuetical heroin", lol nonsense!

    Yes this thread is really old but too bad.

    Most people shoot heroin. Or most heroin 'users' do. But they can still detect it. I guess I'm making a pointless post because heroin is just diacetylmorphine. I guess tests just detect the morphine part =P
