i am stuffed...just had one chicken and one beef burrito at this inexpensive local place near my apartment.

anyway, yeah, i would say put any kind of non-spray cooking oil (vegetable, olive, safflower, canola, etc.) in the bottom of your pot, along with 2-3 unpopped kernels on med-high heat. put a lid on it, and wait while its properly heating. once one or two of the kernels pops, you can add the rest of the kernels and put the lid back on. pop until the popping SIGNIFICANTLY slows down, shake it up a bit, and open the lid. add melted butter, salt, pepper, cayenne, cheese, garlic, whatever you want to put on it. when deciding how much unpopped corn to put in there, theres no surefire way to gauge how much is too much or too little, but i will say that a little goes a long way.

regardless its nice and cheap, you get a shitton of food for like less than what...two, three dollars for a bag of unpopped popccorn? its pretty nice, in my opinion
