are seeds legal?

i'm wondering if weed seeds are legal or not. i've seen them selling them online, so i'm guessing their legal, but i just want to be sure. also, i am thinking of buying them if they are legal, is there a good website to do that?

 

You're in Canada... they are sold in TONS of stores... however, i don't believe they are legal in the strictest of sense, just very low priority.

 

yeah i'm not sure of the specifics as to whether or not cannabis seeds are legal in canada, but i do know a LOT of seed companies operate out of canada and seeds may be purchased in stores in person as well. they are about as good as being legal.

in the united states they are illegal as the entire plant, not just THC, is banned. seeds are very low priority, though, and depending on if the cop is "cool" or not you won't get any trouble if you're found in possession of a couple seeds and nothing else - assuming they are worldly enough to be able to identify marijuana seeds rather than just bud.

Yes, I have a website with fairly decent seeds on hand. They are located in Quebec and I buy my Northern Lights and Skunk seeds from them. They send their seeds in descreet stealth packaging and the prices aren't too bad. They also tend to give you a couple bonus seeds of their best sellers.

From what I've heard, those 3 are the best on the web. I've only used seedbay personally, and their service was great. Fast, good selection, and very stealth.

 

there kinda expensive, but doesn't really mater to me. i checked out seedbay and their were tons of variety, which one would be best (i need one that wouldn't be too much maintenence)

 

Dude your in ontario there are tons of places you can go get seeds from in person. Ive personally been to The ontario seed bank, near mississauga(toronto area) and have gotten good seeds there. look it up and go

 

Morrisgta. If you're in the GTA there's more seed stores than you can imagine. Seeds aren't cheap though, be prepared to shell out 50 or 100 bucks for decent quality. Ironseed Sales on Lakeshore Blvd. West is a premier seed shop. Before you dump a lot of bucks, spend 10 or download for free a good grow book. The best seeds in the world aren't going to make it unless you have a real good idea of what you're doing (But I've smoked a lot of weed. Does that count?)

 

I am looking into buying seeds for the first time, but I am worried about the risk of ordering them online because I am in the USA. Are these good sites for me to use too?

 

The worst thing that can happen is customs will confiscate them. Assuming any of those sites ship to the US of course.
