Whats Some Good PC Games For Saitek Evo Force

I bought this super joy stick ' the Saitek Cyborg Evo Force and also the Momo Force Wheel--I've had them both for about a year but I hardly have used them. I have a few games for them. I have the Nascar 05 for the wheel and the Windows Flight Sim for the stick but what are some other good pc games for these?

They were both pretty expensive and would like to get some use out them. The new Nascar 08 is not made for PC I don't think' so I don't want it-I have PS2 but how can you play a race game without a wheel?-
What is a good jet or helicopter fighting game that looks realist?-any ideas?
