I need to build up my lats, pecs and deltoids but i don't have gym membership or weights.
I only wanna do spot treatment cos of shortage of time, I also have to do physiotherapy which takes over an hour of my day, and those are the only areas that really need any work anyhow.
Got any suggestions. Ima a girl, it didn't take much weights for me to get a workout when I did have weights, 5-15 lbs did it.
    thx

what are you having physiotherapy for?

you can do pushups...maybe find a place to do body rows....build a sandbag for pressing, pulling and squating...

hips, doesn't affect what I can do with my upper body i don't think.
only got the park for body rows and even then at the hours that I'm up tis not safe.
I'll get mom to build a sandbag when i go down on thanksgiving.

well, the hips are connected to the upper body through muscle fascia. and it goes all the way down to your toes. your body works as a unit.

so whats wrong with the hips?

any pulling movement will work your upper back. push ups, at various angles and arm piistions will hit your chest musculature and back

sandbags are great though, cheap and can be built to either add or subtract weight from them. can do quite a bit of movements with them, which will certainly help out for what you need
