Lately I've been pretty dizzy/nauseous. And no, I'm not pregnant. I am, however, in the process of cutting back severely on smoking (cigarettes) and caffeine (at the same time, which is pretty hardcore).

Could either of these be the reason why I'm feeling so dizzy all of a sudden? I've heard of people getting colds while quitting smoking, but I don't really have any cold symptoms other than an overall crap-feeling.

Maybe. Did the dizziness start around the same time? Did it come on suddenly or gradually? Are there any other symptoms associated with it? Is it all the time, only when you stand up, or does it occur during certain actions? Couldn't hurt to pay a visit to a doctor to really work you up.

lol I hate doctors. Yeah, it did start at the same time as quitting and it came on pretty suddenly. The only other thing happening at the same time I can think of is that I've been really tired lately. Haha i'll probably end up going to the doctor anyway.

Maybe your body really needs more rest. Nicotine and caffeine are both stimulants that your body, it sounds like, suddenly is having to do without--you may just need to take it easy until your body re-calibrates.

As for hating doctors...I know a lot of us are dicks, but we're not all bad. :)
