I'm 17 almost 18 I weigh 135 pounds I have Tussin, which contains both DXM and Guaifenesin which I am unfamiliar with. Is this safe to trip on? I am also on a very low dose of Lexapro, 10 mg. All help appreciated thanks
Good, good. Remember not to over do it your first time. The smaller bottle of Robotussin Cough works just fine. You can graduate to the bigger bottle once you get used to what DXM is like. Although, by using an SSRI, you might want to be careful. DXM does have an effect on Serotonin, though it's nothing like X.
I'd say when taking DXM for your 1st time at your weight try about 350mg or so and see how it goes. But don't take anything with guaifensin in it, it'll make you puke. And if you're gonna use the syrup, take it slowly otherwise it could might make you really nasueus and cause you to vomit up your trip.
