We are stardust, billion year old carbon,we are golden, caught in the devils bargain, and we've got to get ourselves back to the garden!

ya know, we really are made up of stardust! very cool....my astronomy professor told us that. that's why we have (and need) iron and other various minerals. And stars are made up of the same stuff!!!

    Joni's right on the money!

Yeah, and in this old hippie's opinion if you want to hear the song/poem at it's best listen to her version on the album "Travelogue". There is a full orchestra playing, but the melody isn't much at all like the great CSN&Y version. She more recites the poem than sings it.... it is simply fantastic.

We are star dust, We are golden, and We've got to get ourselves back to the garden....

    Peace,
