If you have no other symptoms id guess an allergic reaction to something (shower gel, washing powder, things like that) or bug or mite bites

BUT with other symptoms it could be a number of problems. I know my skin is very dry and i itch lots, too. So is it just the skin?

Sorry i dont know any more. I guess theres loads it could be. Drink plenty of water

Have you switched detergent, shampoo, dishwashing soap, soap, etc etc? Even if you haven't, you might be having an allergic reaction to soap. It can pop up at any time with no warning! Switch to unscented, undyed, hypoallergenic soaps and see if that helps. If not, see a doctor. It could be any range of things or you could be allergic to something in your everyday diet that you would never suspect! I know I get rashes from dairy and dogs and I would NEVER have had any clue that those were problems had I not gone to a doctor and gotten a blood test.

This used to happen to me all the time! I started taking this flax seed oil stuff, and it went away. It still happens to me in the wintertime... I also have eczema, so I think it's just a dry skin case with myself. Still, it's worth a shot to try. It could just be a fatty-acid deficiency. Good luck, yo.

It could be too much bedding. Natural fibers are preferable to synthetic ones for the blankets and quilts.
