I was at my G-mas yesterday and she lives in the country she has a few neighbers and one of them is a cop. I was outside smoking a bowl at 4:20 yesterday and i was at this tree thats next to the road. Im ripping the bowl and i hear a noise that sounds like someone is running toward me and im like "im prolly just paranoid" the noise gets closer and i see someone jogging on the side of the road. Im like oh fucking shit its the cop i guess he was off duty and i knew he could smell the weed he just looked at the house and kept running. do you guys think if he could smell it he could arrest me or call in backup?
He wouldn't waste his jog on you smoking a bowl, i'd just put the weed up and smoke outback from now on.
No, he couldn't have arrested you. If he was an asshole he prolly would've called one of his buddies or something tho.
