Meeting the Lady Tomorrow.....

Well it's finally arrived. I ordered a gram standarized 6x from IAmShaman.com (just a taste, nothing too crazy) and it arrived today. I've never smoked Sally D before but have been wanting too for a while. I was real anxious to smoke when I got off work but since I had to shower, run errands, laundry, cook, and all this bullshit I figured i'd wait until tommorow (+no people around, no work, no obligations).


I have a 2 ft. glass bong, a H.I. torch lighter, and tranquility


Any pointers/tips for tomorow??

A few reccomendations. . ..

Do you have someone to watch over you?

If not, it is still OK.

Make sure you are free from clutter.

Lay down, eyes closed after you smoke it.

Make sure to take 2 or 3 rips if possible. Hold as long as possible.

If it's just you. Take a HUGE RIP and get away from the bong. It is likely to get knocked over.

I do not reccomend music. Silence is best. Even wearing a blindfold is good.

Listen to music prior to your trip. Something very mellow and ambient. If you don't have any, go download some ambient shit like Carbon Based Lifeforms.

Make sure you put the torch to the salvia the whole time it is burning. The hotter and whiter it gets the better.

When the bong chamber is full, exhale fully and don't be afraid to take the hugest rip of your life. lol

As long as you hold 1 or two rips in for at least 20 seconds your life will change forever.

I have never seen anyone take more that 1 rip of 15x, 20x, 30x, or 40x.

I've taken two rips of leaves and had a laughing visual trip that was wild.

Ive never smoked 6X. But I know that any level is gonna make you trip.

It mixes great with weed too. Alchohol as well, just don't be wasted. Drink a beer or two to relax a bit.

Do it inside unless you have a real safe place outside.

I have never done it outside my room.

Im headin to the mountains this weekend though.

I would try to have a sitter. I've seen people do strange things while immersed in ego loss.

And I can't suggest to take the biggest hit you can, like most guides say. I did my first time and got scared more than anything I'd ever felt in my life, and I had plenty of experience by then. I'd take one or 2 normal-sized hits, but do hold the lighter on it the entire time and hold the hit in.

 

I'll be over my girl's house but she'll be smoking too. There's no comp over there so the music is a negative, and from what i've heard it's hard to take a hit after the first cuz your already too fucked up..I'm on probation for manuf/distr. so the weed's out (even though i've heard it makes it much much MUCH better) but I'll def. have a beer I'll let ya know how it went. Have fun in the mountains dude!!



And as far as getting horrified, i've taken a 1/4 of shrooms, puked my ass off for like 30 minutes, and tripped the hardest I ever have for like 20 hours and went SCREAMING down my neighborhood at like 4 a.m.<~~INSANELY HORRIBLE TRIP!!!

Make sure one of you isn't in the sally world while the other one is. Helps a lot to have someone that won't laugh or make distractions around you and be there to comfort you through the experience rather than prolong a bad travel. Also helps to make sure there is someone there to move your piece after you're trippin.

 

So your saying have my g/f go meet the lady, and I'll watch over her. Then when she returns from her journey, i'll go introduce myself to her world while's she's watching over me??

 

Yes, just make sure whichever one of you comes back first has completely returned enough to understand your real surroundings enough to recognize reality from the other side.

 

Well i'm back from the Lady's World. I didn't smoke with my g/f because she had to work so I decided to stay home and smoke. After the first 2 hits things became singular. Individual meanings of inadimate and adimate objects alike. It was a good revelation....for about 20 seconds. My sister (who was supposed to have left for work already) was still home. She was in the next room ironing, making lots of noise, and playing janet jackson music really loud. Within 2 minutes of this happening my mother gets home eraly from her vacation and just starts talking my ears off. It was somewhat disturbing the way it all happened because everything that "was" wasn't supposed to be happening??

All in all it was a very learned experience and things seem to be brighter And to think I never heard of Salvia before I became a member of this site. Thank you all for your stories and experience's and God bless HipForums.com!!

Glad to hear you have a positive outlook on a not so positive situation. It's probably going to be easier for you to experience it with someone else now and help not only yourself through it, but another person's first encounter with Sally.

Yes I often get a repetitive chant or mantra that repeats on come up. It seems it can be anything. I have heard Indians chanting on two occasions. It almost seems like they were cheering me on

You learned how distractions are an issue though. That is really good man! See, once you learn what not to do, you can set yourself for a very nice expierience.

I know what you mean when someone is talkin your ear off and you just want silence. Hence the fact, Saliva needs to be done in silence.

Distractions actually cause your mind to identify something you are familiar with and will pull you out of a salvia trip.

I had crickets outside and I hosed em off before a trip to shut em up. I was trippin and heard the damn crickets out my window and it pulled me out of my trip and made me mad almost. lol

So silence is key.

I'll say it a million times too. Keep the peepers shut.

That sensation of singularity is magnified when your eyes are shut and looking at the projections of your imagination rather than real worl object which, as I said, your mind will relate to and pull you out of a trip.

Just my opinion. But glad you had a safe but awkward trip.

 

Yeah, one thing is I tripped again this morning. I meditated for about an hour, then listened to some , and packed the bong. I smoked 2 big hits of the 6x I have and layed down with my eyes closed and it wasnt much....I didn't see anything, no projections, just thoughts on thoughts if that makes any sense. Do I just need a higher extraction??

Also on IAmShaman.com they only go up to 20x, where can I get 40x or 60x (down the road)

Have you checked any head shops locally or called around?

I Highly reccomend salviazone.com It is almost half the price when you get the salvia zone product from a headshop. I would call around If I was you. Get at lest 20x which is the purple level. If you get the strong shit you will trip way harder.

There is a fine line between a tease and a trip.

I think you should maybe even smoke several rips of what you have. Try as hard as possible to get 3 or 4 rips in you. It is possible to just keep smoking it until you cant anymore. By then shit will hit the fan and you might be on a rocketship going somewhere, lol.

I didnt get to the mountains because it was very overcast and patchy rain. I figured I would milk out this week and let the rain maybe make some more mushies up there. I can see the mountain from here where I was headed and it was covered in clouds.

I want to go on a real sunny day. Which isn't too rare here in AZ. lol

I ran into someone that had found some mushies where i'm headin though. Apparently there are strains up there that normally arent here in AZ.

I can't find no number's anywhere. I know of several shops, outer limits, doc's, beav's, but I totaled my car back in may and have no way of gettin to any of those places

A little while ago I decided to smoke one last time before the weekend was up and it was fucking.......fucking lol. I packed the bong and took 2 huge hits, when I was holding the second I hurried and packed it again. I exhaled and took one more rip and WWHHEEEEWWW away I went. I laid on the bed blindfolded and for some reason I wasn't alone, i was 5 different people all fighting to exist at once inside me head? I could see a red X twirling and kind of forcing me down onto the bed (BTW is it just me or is everything uncomfortable on salvia? I mean I was laying on fuzzy blankets and it felt like i was laying on daggers) and all of us trying to figure out why this X is doing this to us?? I got up after a few minutes and went for a smoke, the door mat at my house is black rubber and it's a trippy tribal cutout, I looked down and I went cross eyed, the designs started to move into faces which moved into pictures far far away, I forgot where I was and all I knew was the black tribal overpowering my life and then................................i'm back....

God I wish salvia lasted longer :shakes fist: !!!!
