This isn't how you do a horary chart. Normally you would cast a chart for when the question was asked for the place where the astrolgoer lives.

Even according to your chart, America is signofied by Venus, and Al-Qeda is Mars, Mars is only dignified by face which shows that Al-Qeda is weak and actually quite paranoid. Nothing is going to happen.

 

One more thing. A couple things bother me about the OP.

If you are so certain there is going to be a "sneak attack", shouldn't you use these techniques to find out where it's going to be? There is no benefit to your revelation other than an "I told you so" which by the way if it came to that would be horrible.

The USA is a cancer, obviously (July 4 = birthday) who knows when Al Qaeda was officially formed (aka its birthdate). We know it was funded by the usa in the early 80s, but beyond that...

 

No for the US you would need a mundane chart. These are very difficult to do.

Really the best method is a horary chart, although the time frame, unless specified otherwise, is relative short - about 6 months. This is kind of what the OP attempted to do, but you don't make horaries that way.

 

That's why a horary chart is better. You don't need anyone's birth info. Instead you focus on a question. This was actually the most popular form of astrology until the 19th century or so.

 

I predicted an attack on soil other than America for September 11. It seemed that the Mars t-square in the sky that day would indicate some act of aggression in the world. America's chart did not show an emminent attack. Enlil6, I agree with you that an horary chart would be helpful in predicting whether something like an attack will occur at any given time. I don't use the technique much.

 

My good friend and top notch clairvayant says she sees two numbers, 22, eight stories tall, one in Seattle and one in Washington D.C,, each dripping with blood.
