gin and juice is NOT phish.

it was by a band called the gourds.

anyways, my first phish song was bouncing around the room, I was hooked ever since

Well now I am doubly embarrassed....Its YEM again. I know a great deal about Phish but I was always confused about gin and juice....I'm pretty sure that they do sing it though.

Yea - somehow that song got labeled phish and everyone somehow heard it. But that ironically was the song that introduced alot of people to phish because I remeber it being the number one result to come up on limewire or kaza or whataver I was using at the time when you searched Phish - as since most people heard it before they really knew phish they didn't question it's validity as opposed to if you heard it after already knowing phish well. When I first heard it I admit to believing it was phish, but then I was like - how could this be phish? The singer doesn't sond like Trey (or any of the other guys) and as far as I know no one in phish plays mando.

I think mine was "Dinner and a Movie." at least that;s the one i remember listining off of JUnta.

Actually, none of that's true. My first song was when my housemate rachel went out and bought Rift when it came out in 93 and played "Great Divide." I hated Phish then, and severl months later found them becoming the band that chnaged the way I forever looked at music and life's patterns.
