try to form a commune

    where
    do you have land
    statement of purpose
    what kind of likeminded folk
    permanent dwellings ? (taxes go up and zoning and building codes)
    these questions need to be answered by any serious efforts who wish to attract others

    Dwelling Unit, Accessory: A second dwelling unit contained within a one-family dwelling that meets all of the following criteria:

    (1) is clearly incidental and subordinate in extent, use, and purpose to the primary structure and does not exceed thirty percent (30%) of the gross floor area of the structure up to a maximum of seven hundred (700) square feet;

    (2) is the only accessory dwelling unit within the one-family dwelling;

    (3) does not alter the one-family character or appearance of the one-family dwelling or its conformity with the character of the neighborhood; and

    (4) is not used for rental purposes by persons other than blood or marriage relatives of the one family dwelling of which it is a part.

    (5) the owner of the property must occupy either the primary or accessory dwelling unit, and provide documentation that the occupants of the dwelling are marriage or blood relatives.

    (6) The owner of the property for which the special exception is granted shall provide the City of Nashua with a covenant for filing with the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, along with the appropriate filing fees. The covenant shall read substantially as follows:

    "___________________________ of ____________________________ covenants and agrees that the property located at ______________________________ contains and accessory dwelling as defined by the City of Nashua Zoning Ordinance (NRO Section 16-162). That use of the property is permitted by special exception granted by the Zoning Board of Adjustment on ___________________, ____. The continued use of the accessory dwelling unit is conditioned upon compliance with all current and subsequently adopted ordinances and statutes applicable to the property." to get away from the man perment dwelling
