Is there a way to take the product from a simple HBWR extraction and put it onto blotter paper? If anyone can help me out with this it would be greatly appreciated!

Well, yea, it just hard, you need the right equipment (distillation apparatus). The hard part is evaporation, reducing the liquid enough to put one a blotter, one must use a pure alcohol with no water such as Everclear 191 proof. Try it, let me know
LSA's are very sensitive to heat and UV light, so even if the extraction tek was perfect, the end product would not last
