Hello Recently I have been having some strange dreams. Infact untill this morning I was not even sure if they were dreams. It started when I fell asleep in Economics class. I woke up and was shivering uncontrollably and I was unable to move. I called out to the person next to me but I was not heard. I pulled myself out of this state convinced I had had some sort of fit. To me knowledge no more of these "dreams" had occured to this morning. I was sleeping peacefully in bed when I awoke to find myself unable to move lying face down on the pillow. Naturally I was a little scared. I heard my sister downstairs. She walked past my room and did not notice anthing strange. I looked at my desk and saw what appeared to be a container of pills. I then woke up for real to find that my sister had been at school all morning and there was no container of pills on my desk. Otherwise these dreams are completely indistinguishable from reality. If anyone is able to interpret these dreams and/or help me stop them it would be much appreciated. Ryan
The first question to ask is, 'are you getting 8 to 10 hours of sleep a night?' If you're not, then you may need to change your lifestyle. Don't forget to change your diet while you're at it (no more eating before going to sleep.)
