A man was going to visit a loved one at a psychiatric hospital, and as he walked down the corridor, he saw this man in his room sitting on his bed with his hands at ten and two, gripping and invisible steering wheel and making car noises. "What are you doing?" the man asked. "I'm driving my car," said the man without even glancing up. The man walked on down the corridor, and he came to a room that contained a man who had his arms out in the air, and he was walking around the room, dipping his torso from side to side as he made a loud engine noise. "What are you doing?" the man asked. "I'm flying my plane," said the man, as he continued to dip and spin. The man continued on and then came to another room where a little old lady caught his mind. She was taking the index and middle finger of her left hand and walking them across the palm of her left hand. When she got to the end of her hand she would jump off of the 'ledge'. "What are YOU doing?" the man asked, confused. "I'm getting the hell out of here," said the old lady with a serious face. "These people are crazy!" **This one is actually better told with someone in the same room so you can act it out, but I thought it was worth sharing this way.
