Hi everyone, I just wanted to share this with you all... Although I dont post much here it was this forum (and all of you talented people!) that inspired me to pick up a sewing machine 2 years ago and learn how to sew (still struggling though).

I've made a few things here and but this is the first thing I feel really proud of. I made a few mistakes here and there, but that's how you learn I guess.

And this one is not finished yet but I love how it's coming out:

    Awww thank you so much!

I dont think I make them look professional enough to where I could sell it, but I'll try to get more practice and then I'll let you know :)

Those are great! [IMG] I really like the light green-ish fabric on the first one, and your Ohm skirt looks awesome so far. I should to learn how to do applique thingies... lol.

You know for the longest time I wouldnt even DARE try appliques, but it turned out to be one of the easiest steps. I find it way harder to do the waistband. I recommend you try it, Im sure you'll do great.

Btw, here's the ohm skirt finished. It looks funny cause Im standing all weird but it hangs straight and I love it

    Thanks for the encouragement all!
