Bookstores that have a large magazine collection are about the only places left. You can usually request them to carry it if they don't already. They're not sold as openly anymore. They even wrap them in plastic like the nudie magazines. x
yeah, in fact the only places i know to get it are a big adult bookstore in my town and a carryout near my apartment. even headshops dont carry them....kinda debunks all the "for tobacco use only" signs...at least the ones i've been to dont have it.
i get it at Waldon books stright off the shelf. ya have to show id. and its not wrapped in plastic, either are the playboys and such.
They're sold in malls and bookstores and headshops and even convenience stores around here. You don't have to show ID and there is now plastic sleeve. They're just open, so you can look through it to decide if you want it or not.
Around Philly area they are sold right in the 7-11's and such, right in the open. I dont buy them but I see them for sale all the time. The 7-11's in the city have stopped selling blunt singles though, isnt that lame? Yes, it is.
you do save a little bit of money buying the packs, though. but i rarely want to smoke 5 blunts out of my stash, and they aren't very good as cigars.
I buy them at borders usually they also have cannabas culture (i like cc better) and red eye there usually in mens interest and there in no sleeve or anything like regular magazines.
I noticed that they don't always carry them. Some months the BN here will carry it, some months they'll have skunk or CC or something... But since my dad belongs to a magazine club deal, I ordered a subscription through them... way cheaper. I prefer CC to be honest, but I still gotta read the High Times... a bud of mine that lives in Van actually was the person who suggested that CC shouldn't carry the fake bud ads and they voted on it. Haha, he and Marc kind of have a feud going on, though.
I work at B&N and I see it come in when I receive magazines sometimes (not wrapped up)... they sell it at Newbury Comics though, in case you can't find it still.
Nah, my headshop carries it... i dont think it really matters, its not like the police can raid the place because they sell a marijuana magazine. im fairly certain it doesn't matter.... selling a marijuana mag doesnt imply the pipes are for smoking marijuana. my headshop has giant a blue road sign that reads HIGHWAY 420 painted on the outside of the building lol... if that doesn't imply that you should buy your marijuana paraphenalia there, then a high times magazine certainly does not either.
