Well, for the last two years or so. I've had around 5-6 nightmares each night, nothing else. No nice dreams. And to top it off, every single dream feels 100% real. At the beginning of this year I decided to jot some down. Now, reading back there seems to be a pattern emerging, * Death * Murder * Dead babies And in each of these, either I die, murder or witness a baby being murdered or killed. And also in each dream, I return to some of the previous dreams location and something new happens. I can't stop these dreams and I am now afraid to sleep. I've tried interpreting these on many sites, but I still can't seem to stop them. I'll write a few of my dreams see what you think 15/06.07 I was Anne Frank hiding in a modern room, I was playing a game with a boy and a girl, and then people rushed into the room and I was murdererd. (Why I was Anne Frank I do not know) 19/06/07 I was at the fields near my house and me and 2 other friends were playing golf besides the water. Suddenly, two indians rose from the water with axes in slow motion. My 2 friends both got hit in the head with the axes and fell into the water and drowned, the water turned red and then the indians disappeared. (Very scary dream) 11/08/07 Out at sea in a small cabin, listening to my favourite band on the radio. When suddenly, a giant wave comes over and drowns me. Wake up unable to breathe. 13/08/07 Same as above except i'm on land. Wave comes over and drowns me. I wake up unable to breathe. Unknown date Walking up the main town late at night, I see a man running with a carrier bag, hes sweating, panicking. He drops the bag and lots of pipes fal out, and something red spills everywhere. I get near him and hes opening the bin lid, panicking, rushing. I look at his hands and there is a baby, its head split open, no legs, or insides. He dumps it in the bin panicking and sweating, looking around. I walk past where the bag was dropped and there was alot of rubber pipes and the babys insides sprawled across the floor. I run in panic to get home, I turn around and see him stare at me, I wake up, out of breath. And last but not least, this one sticks in my head the most. I come home one day from a friends house. I walk to the back of my house and goto open the gate. Its locked. So I climb the gate to get over. As I look into my kitchen window. My head is there, covered in blood, staring at me. I stay frightened on the gate. I can now see my head saying something and I can't quite make it out. I wake up in panic! On the same night, I then dream I was in my bath, with a life-size stuffed me. I had to clean it, talk to it like it was me. I washed the blood off and it was would just re-appear. I could see myself doing this. I stood beside the bath, almost like a spirit and watched. I then took this 'doll' to bed with me and it slept at the end of my bed. Bleeding still. I woke up, expecting to a lifesize me staring at me, scary! Someone, please help me with this! Marie.
This makes me wonder what your reality is like, since dreams usually mirror reality. I have to ask if you drink enough water, or if you eat immediately before going to to bed, like Chinese or Latin foods with MSG. Be that as it may, blood usually denotes sickness. Were you sick awhile after you had your nightmares? I take it that there is a lot of emotional trauma surrounding you (water).
