Hey im looking to start growing some plants around my house. Does anyone know where i can get a Camellia Sinensis plant/tree around the SF bay area. Im in San Jose and willing to drive for it. Thanks!
I don't know where you can get tea plants within driving distance. But Here are some west coast plant sources: Greer Gardens: http://www.greergardens.com/camellias1.htm Nichols Garden Nursery (very expensive): http://www.nicholsgardennursery.com...1200&mscssid=9A9T88LU69LK8LUWXUNAC9VRTJ2679H3 Burnt Ridge Orchards: http://www.burntridgenursery.com/search/searchprods.asp Not west coast, but a good one, Camellia Forest Nursery: http://www.camforest.com/camellia.htm For seeds: Whatcom Seed Company - seedrack.com: http://seedrack.com/indiv/camellia_sinensis.html Getting plants into California could be tough.
