I never had a cheesesteak in my life even before my veggie days and I live in a city where people take pride in their cheesesteaks...lol Well I was walking around downtown Philly to drop stuff off for work and I passed a veggie cheesesteak place. Some of my veggie friends told me about this place, but I never went there. I got a veggie cheesesteak with soy cheese. It tasted soooo good. I'm in the process of weaning off of cow's cheese. It's a slow process, but the cheese on this cheesesteak was amazing, so i have some motivation..LOL Anyone ever have a veggie cheesesteak before?

Morningstar Farms makes a veggie cheesesteak. It's okay but nothing to write home about. Maybe I'll have to try the one in Philly sometime.

Most Morningstar products have egg in them. Read the label.

The place I went to doesn't sell any meat products and I don't remember the name of it. All I know is that it's on Broad street.

I've never had the MSF Cheesesteak. I didn't know they made it. But I would imagine that the egg would be irrelevant since it would probably contain dairy cheese.

The best way to make a Vegan Cheesesteak out of MSF products would be to use steak strip meal starters, and those are Vegan. Unfortunately, I think pretty much all the Vegan "cheeses" out there suck, but Follow your Heart at least melts.
