Well, i have a lot of stress issues. But when I practice proper it's an amazing tension breaker. Almost beats touching myself. I mean uh... "meditation time".

Ahahaha... word... that sounds like something I would say as that time has been called- "daydreaming" in the past... Stress is a bitch. The only thing that really helps is conditioning myself well and eating and sleeping well of course but when I fight/condition, swim, run, do strength excercises.... I'm a different person. Funny boxing and masturbating... so different yet... so similar... Tiger- just boxing. Not kickboxing- though I do some of that here by myself. Next Tues.- (the classes)- I think I should show up!

Question..... This is for everyone in this thread and anyone really- Do I appear really nice or that I have a mean (angry) streak? I ask cause I do have a temper that was bad at one time but I think I control it well now. Many people woul be surprized though.... to see me angry.
If you ever want some formal instruction in kickboxing, come to Texas. You should definatly start with the classes my friend. And I say spend some more time with your head in the clouds.
